How long does it take ?

All orders are custom made, by hand. I do not rely on large-machinery as I am a small-business.

Therefore whilst I aim  to get all orders out as quickly as possible, I like to say that there is at least a 5 day production time prior to shipping. Once shipped, it is out of my control and into the hands of the Royal Mail.

Where is my order ?

All orders, from the time they are placed, take up to 5 days to be shipped.

Before getting in touch to check on your order status, please check how long it has been since you placed your order.

Can I track my order?

If you paid for 1st class shipping with a tracking service, yes you can, you should have the tracking code in your email.
